OmniPotent Odyssey
OmniPotent Horticulture LLC began with a mission to provide the citizens of the Upper Valley with locally grown produce and gourmet culinary products that were rich in nutrients and flavor. I strived to promote the health and wellbeing of OmniPotent customers by optimizing the nutrition available to them. It has been my aim to educate the public about the importance of sustainable food production and balanced nutrient intake while encouraging them to be open to new foods, experiences, and healthy habits.
Excess produce was always distributed to charitable organizations such as the Upper Valley Haven so that more community members in need of assistance could have greater access to enhanced nourishment. This policy sought to contribute to the reduction of food waste while supporting community members that were experiencing challenging circumstances. It was based on my belief that everyone deserves compassion and opportunities to thrive and eat well regardless of whether or not they are a customer.
Throughout the growth of OmniPotent, I’ve had the pleasure of learning, exploring, and experimenting with horticultural and culinary endeavors. This led me to the discovery of hot sauce as a canvas of flavor, and inspired many creations. I have now moved on from microgreens and urban farming to focus on the growth of OmniPotent’s hot sauces and pursue hydroponic cultivation of peppers and herbs. Thank you all for being a part of this ongoing odyssey.
